1-2-2009

Welcome back to the Miserable Men replay! Happy New Year 2009! Twitchels introduces the show, and Jim Florentine guests as the team minus Mike fills in for Jay Thomas to kick off the new year. Great show!

1-4-2009

I'm lazy AF this week, so I didn't even preview the show. Just download it and listen, like usual. It's not like it's not going to be funny as shit. I guarantee you it will make you miss it, like it does every week. Sundays suck since it went off the air. Oh, and F Jackie!

1-11-2009

Sadly, and most miserably, Twitchels is still on the show, but thankfully, so is Jeff The Drunk and Maryann From Brooklyn (on a call-in). Join Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike and Mark as they make OUR misery a little less painful by picking on those less fortunate than us! It's a beautiful thing, folks!

1-18-2009

For the third show of 2009 we have Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike, Mark and - sadly - Twitchels (don’t worry, his time is short…), joined by special guest John L. Collins (a lawyer, don’t ask), and call-ins from Yucko AND the lovely Lisa G! It’s a fast-paced show, with great timing on the quips and one-liners, and great interaction with the callers. Sunday nights used to be so freaking great! Now we get Howard reruns on Howard 101 we’ve all heard 100 times. Not that I’m bitter. Now go enjoy this excellent show!

1-25-2009

Tonight’s lineup includes Shuli, Rev. Bob, Al “Mrs. Levy” Rosenberg, Mike and Mark. Ass Napkin Ed calls in, as does Rich Butters (remember him?). Lots of talk about past and upcoming shows. Bob is trying to have a baby with Chrissy, but are those big pink pillow-sized pills he takes getting in the way? Bob’s News, Mark’s Wrap-up and great calls fill out this excellent show.

1-30-2009

From the fertile, creative lands of Howard 101, like a dark comedy ninja, comes the Miserable Men Show, two hour version. It’s Shuli, Rev. Bob, the great Al Rosenberg, Mike Morse and Mark “From Jersey City” Byrnes. Oh, Twitchels is still there too, like cockroaches, Cher, and Keith Richards, he’s immortal. Ralph Cirella is in studio as well, as is Al’s herpes, and Shuli has a big announcement! And they’re off!

2-1-2009

The cool, crisp air of autumn is here, ushering out summer and preparing us for the long, cold, seemingly unending misery of winter. What better time to enjoy an episode of our favorite show, Miserable Men? Join Shuli, Rev. Bob, Al Rosenberg, Mike Morse and Mark Byrnes as they remind us that while we may be miserable, Bob will always be dumber than us. All I have to say about this show is it’s the one where Shuli does something while his fiancée is asleep.

2-8-2009

Twitchels kicks off the show with his energetic and annoying introduction of our heroes, Shuli, Rev. Bob., the great Al Rosenberg, the clever and lonely Mike Morse and the creepy as fuck snarkmaster Mark Byrnes. Bob gets annoyed about not being promoted on the channels and bans all Stern, Bubba and Ferrall people from the show. Shenanigans ensue on this show!

2-15-2009

Special guest Jed Diamond (author of “The Irritable Male Syndrome”) joins the Fab Five on this very special episode of Miserable Men. Ok, it’s not *really* very special, but it does have a guy with Tourette’s introducing it. Off we go!

2-22-2009

Shuli starts out this week’s show with horror tales from the road. Bob kicks in a story from a boxing match, and we’re off and running! Enjoy the show!

2-23-2009

The gang plus Twitchels welcome Nick DiPaolo to the show as they continue their week of subbing for the great Ferrall. I’d say more, but I’m three bourbons deep and out of my mind. There was this one guy who was into meat flaps, and boy, it’s good to hear Steve Langford and Ralph Howard. Missing the old days.

2-24-2009

The gang plus Twitchels continues filling in for Ferrall for the week, and there's no shortage of things to talk about, including whether or not Bob looks like he came to the Sirius building to be on OutQ! That's our Gay Warlock! Did Levy trade blue cheese for KY? Is Shuli a liar? Is Mark a pedophile? Is Mike not the saddest human being you've ever known? And what about Al? WHAT ABOUT AL? What is on Bob's resume? For answers to these questions and many more, check out this show!

2-25-2009

Shuli, Rev. Bob, Al “The Problem” Rosenberg, “Hopeless” Mike Morse, Mark “Pedo Bear” Byrnes, and Twitchels are all on-board, still subbing for the man himself, Scott Ferrall. Special guest tonight is Rich Vos (did he or didn’t he bang Yucko’s Yoko?), talking about his hot comic wife, Bonnie McFarlane. Can you marry a comic and have a happy marriage? Shuli has a theory: the more you’re together, the more you will fight. True? Twitchels raps and sings! This show is shot out of a cannon!

2-26-2009

Twitchels kicks it off with Shuli, Rev. Bob and Al, along with special guest (and Bob’s girlfriend) Colin Quinn! The boys play the unpolitically-correct “Stump That R*tard.” Mike and Mark are out tonight, but that doesn’t mean we don’t get some quality Mike Morse songs. As always, if you’re easily offended, don’t even bother listening to this show, but if you’re here reading this I have to assume you’re cool with it. Very funny show, classed up by the presence of Colin.

2-27-2009

I've been busy drinking as much bourbon as my liver will allow. It's the end of a great week of subbing for Ferrall. Enjoy the show, everyone!

3-1-2009

“I’m flying…” Welcome to the Miserable Replay, where you can put your miserable existence on hold and laugh at everyone else’s problems! It’s 7 PM Easton Standard Time with Shuli, Rev. Bob, the Legendary Al Rosenberg, Miserable Mike Morse and Mark “She Said No But I Had Wood So…” Byrnes. Doctor Juice is in the house! Bob bitches at his wife because she doesn’t make meatballs as good as Shuli’s fiancee. Snow stories and more. And we’re off!

3-8-2009

Shuli, Rev. Bob, Al, Mike and Mark, along with Twitchels and former American Gladiator Nitro are featured in this week’s show. Why did Bob miss the weekly show meeting? Who is Shuli’s new boyfriend? These and other questions are answered in this hilarious show

3-15-2009

Thankfully, Twitchels isn’t here tonight, but we DO have Shuli, Rev. Bob, Al, and Mark. Ragu is in-studio and on sound effects for the show. Also on this great show is John Toll. Look, there’s a lot going on, so hit play and dig in!

3-22-2009

Bob starts out this week's show on FIYAH, because after two years, he STILL doesn't have a swipe card to get in to the building! It's Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike, and Mark to make this beautiful Sunday here in the northeast just a little more miserable, because they brought along Twitchels! This show kicks off a week of shows, as the gang will be filling in for Ferrall all week as well!

3-23-2009

A week of subbing for the great and mighty Ferrall begins with Twitchels, Shuli, Gay Warlock Bob Levy, the great Al Rosenberg, Mike Morse and Mark Byrnes, with Nick DiPaulo and Kurt Angle as the special in-studio guests. I'm listening to this thing as I'm writing this post, and it "troofully" is amazing how well it holds up. We were really lucky to have been there when these five guys hit their stride. Lightning in a bottle, I tells 'ya!

3-24-2009

It’s Day 2 of sub duty for Ferrall for the boys. Join the fab five plus Twitchels as they make miserable magic. Special guest tonight is Bob’s man-crush, Colin Quinn!

3-25-2009

Ferrall fill-in week continues with Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike, Mark and Twitchels, along with special guests Judah Friedlander and Lisa Lampanelli. I highly recommend that you listen to this hilarious show with ear buds so you don’t miss a thing! Enjoy!

3-26-2009

Day Four of Ferrall Fill-In Week features the Shuli, Bob, Al and Mike, along with original Miserable Man, Jim Florentine (and Twitchels, gaboo). Florentine, in particular, is great on the show, and shares a bunch of prank calls. Enjoy this Byrnes-less show!

3-27-2009

The boys finish up their week of subbing for the great Ferrall as Shuli, Bob, Al and Mark welcome Colin Quinn to the studio. It's shows like this one that make me really angry that there wasn't a place on Sirius for the guys to have a five day a week gig. So funny! Anyway, we have the recordings, so enjoy this one!

3-29-2009

We're back to our regularly-scheduled Sunday madness on the Miserable Men show, 7 PM Easton time, eight days out of seven! Join the Fab Five as they discuss all things miserable about life and relationships. Shuli, Bob and Mike have been battling through sickness, and Raven and Twitchels are out tonight, but the show must go on! Are men stronger than women? Is a misogynist someone who gives a great massage? These questions and more are answered on this insane show!

4-5-2009

Today’s show features Beetlejuice along with the gang, who have lots of stories from the road to share this week. The callers are spilling the beans, too. Hilarity ensues on this show!

4-19-2009

After a best-of week (we skip those here on the Miserable Replay), the boys are back in town, all refreshed, fired up, and raring to go! Gaboo himself, Twitchels, is DONE, quitting the show to go do some acting (how’d that work out for you, pally?) Join Shuli, Rev. Bob, Al, Mike and Mark, the freakin’ Fab Five, as they help you cope with life and the misery that IS life!

4-26-2009

Sorry I'm a little late with the show this morning, but I had to ensure it was coronavirus-free. This was complicated, as I had to identify a false-positive in the file, which turned out to be a simple STD carried by Byrnes. This has been removed, and the show is now perfectly safe for you to consume.
