Webmaster Update

Hey guys and gals, Pete here. I just wanted to post a quick update after such a long silence. First off, the “new” MM show is gone, really, absorbed into whatever the “Shuli Network” has become. Brent Hatley and Mark Byrnes had left, and to be honest, me and a bunch of other OG MM fans just never got the new show. It’s not that surprising, though. The original show, maintained here, was truly lightning in a bottle, and I still find myself going back and listening to old shows.

That being said, many things have changed since I put up this site several years ago. I’ve retired and, as such, am on a fixed income now. I’ve also grown a tasteful beard, and my oldest son and daughter-in-law have added to the fun by giving me two grandsons. I’ve also checked off a bucket list item by joining a classic rock cover band, which has been a good bit of fun over the last two years.

Coming up this summer, I’ll be joining Mark Byrnes and Al Rosenberg’s daughter, Kim, at a benefit for Rise NJ (Al’s longtime charity). More details regarding this when they become available.

I can’t promise I’ll maintain this site indefinitely (hell, even I’m not being maintained indefinitely), but as long as I can afford it, and people are still downloading and/or streaming the shows live, I’ll do my best to keep things rolling. If you are interested in helping out by providing show summaries for the shows that don’t have one, shoot me an email at pete at miserablereplay dot com. I will gladly give credit when I post them.
