MONDAY, MONDAY, MONDAY with the Miserable Men! Join Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike, and Mark as they tag in for Ferrall and fill Labor Day Monday with misery as only they can do! Mike is fresh out of picnic hell, Mark is talking, but not sleeping, with his “box”, and doing a face plant on the Big Apple bar. Al solved another crime and still hasn’t gotten laid. We learn more about Paul that no-one would guess. Does Chrissy like dark meat? A.J. Benza calls in! All this and more on a Miserable Monday!

(originally posted on Christmas day, 2016) Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays, everyone! While you’re visiting with relatives who annoy you, eat too much, and are trying to figure out WTF to do with that fruitcake, it could be worse. You could be the Reverend Bob Levy, who is a misery magnet (and it’s always everyone else’s fault)! Or perhaps Al Rosenberg, who has a schneck and no love life. Or Mike Dash Morse, basically living out of his suitcase and laundry room at this point. How about Mark Byrnes, who’s highlight of the entire week is playing three feet in front of the snack machine at the Big Apple in Bayonne? (RIP) No, be thankful for your fat husband/wife, and your annoying in-laws, and enjoy laughing at these guys along with your absolutely fired-up host, Shuli!

Today’s jam-packed miserable in-studio lineup includes Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike, Mark, the great Colin Quinn (for the first 90 minutes), Beet, Paul on the phones and Teddy on the board! AJ Benza calls in, too. My favorite Colin line from his visit was his last, talking to Mike, in his best Italian mobster movie voice, “Don Lampanelli, this is Mikey Merch…” No more spoilers from me this week, I’m way too lazy. Just enjoy this very funny episode of the show!

Al is off observing Yom Kippur, but Shuli is on the job with Bob, Mike, and Mark on today’s Miserable Replay, along with special guest Lisa Lampenelli. It’s truly the beginning of the end of the Fab Five era in my mind as Howard, tired of hearing the plugs for Bob, wants the plugs stopped and the MM show canned. Bob says he’s ok with losing plugs, but we all know how he really felt at the time. The future is coming with this show, but it’s not what we had all hoped for.

It’s time for the Miserable Replay, the last of a crying breed! Shuli, Bob, Mike and Mark are here, not for the money, but to take your calls and make fun of you and each other! Mark’s box is a fling of the past now, as he traded up for a “picture phone.” Mike debuts a great parody film preview, “Dirty Levy,” leading into one tonight’s topics, guns, and a psychological evaluation of Levy to see if he should be allowed to have a gun. Who’s in charge of the Miserable Men show? The gang does a “King Of The One Rounders” to determine a champ.

Al is back after two weeks off, and that's all I can tell you about this episode because sometimes RealLife (tm) keeps me from doing everything I want to do, like previewing these shows! I’m sure I’ll get around to it eventually, but until then, enjoy!
10-12-2009
It’s a very special one-hour version of the Miserable Men show today! Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike, and Mark are all on hand to make your drive to or from work a little less miserable on what was Columbus Day, 2009.
10-18-2009
Sunday, SUNDAY, Sunday, 7 Easton Time! It’s the Miserable Men Show with Shuli, the heavily medicated Rev. Bob Levy, “Towelmaster” Al Rosenberg, Mike “The Most Miserable Man Of All” Morse, and Mark “I was Memet before Memet” Byrnes. Is Mark back with the box, or did he just tap the well one more time? Bob’s fighting again? What should happen to Bob if he loses again? A discussion ensues regarding who and what one can F without it being gay (or, “Bob’s Sexual Fantasies.”) This and much more on a very funny, and somewhat disgusting, episode of Miserable Men.

Show summary coming soon…
11-1-2009
After a week off, which was QUITE the eventful week, Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike “My Laundry Room Saw More Action Than My Bedroom” Morse, and Mark are all back to entertain us with the stories of their twisted lives. Bob lost another fight, this time in Vegas, and has to pay up on a bet in-studio. NO LUBE! Enjoy this incredibly funny show!
11-6-2009
It’s a Friday in Miserable Men history, and Shuli, Bob, Al and Mark are in-studio for some pre-weekend misery, filling in for Jay “Jeff” Thomas. It’s a whole different vibe before the weekend begins, but in the end, Levy’s still angry and stupid, Al’s still old and sexless, and Mark’s still pathetic and disrespected as we laugh along with and directly with his three-hour show, magnificently hosted by Shuli!
11-8-2009
Is it Sunday already? The boys are back in their regular time slot after filling in for “Dean” Thomas. This show is filled with excuses and misery, and is one of Paul’s best appearances.
11-22-2009
It’s Thanksgiving week in our Miserable Men history, and we all give thanks for Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike and Mark for giving us the gift of their misery, and our laughter. Enjoy this gem!

Black Friday misery on the Miserable Men replay today! The fab five are all in (Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike and Mark), but it’s morning, they’re not in their regular studio, and everyone’s bitching! Why can’t they be in their own studio? Why aren’t they on five days/week? Why does Sirius promote the STUPID FAN ROUNDTABLE and CHUCK ZITO, but not the great and powerful MISERABLE MEN SHOW??? Spoiler alert: this is real, it sucks, and it eventually contributes to the end of one of the best shows ever on Sirius. So now all we have are these replays, and they are GREAT!!! Enjoy this particular hilarious bitchfest!
11-29-2009
It’s a two-day turnaround for the boys, as they’re back in their Sunday night slot after a Friday morning show. Well, everyone except Bob, who crumbled under the pressure and is out sick. That’s ok, though, because we get more Shuli, Al, Mike and Mark! Enjoy this unusual Bob-less show!
12-6-2009
Angry “Lone Wolf” Bob Levy is on FIYAH as we begin the first of the last four shows of 2009! The great Al Rosenberg is out today, but there are plenty of laughs with Shuli, Bob, Mike, and Mark. Bob performs “Ass Ass Gravy,” and A.J. Benza calls in on this great show!
12-13-2009
Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike and Mark are all in for today’s walk down miserable lane. Mike’s “Marital Fight Of The Week” leads into some good marital / relationship misery talk. Bob’s going to therapy? (like that has a chance in hell) Mark reveals that he calls his on again, off again girlfriend “The Box.” Ice-T and his wife Coco visit in-studio! This freak of nature right here is getting ready to swell, so you better listen now!
12-20-2009
Our tour of miserable memories takes us to Christmas week in 2009, as we close in on the end of the great “Sir Schneck” Al Rosenberg’s tenure on the show. Join Shuli, Bob, Al, Mike and Mark as they help you cope with your miserable existence.
12-27-2009
It’s the post-Christmas show, and our last chance to enjoy the great Al Rosenberg as a miserable man. Thank you, Al, for being such a good sport on the show, and for contributing your special brand of humor. You were certainly an important part of the rare chemistry (lightning in a bottle) that made Miserable Men such a great show! It’s the Fab Five all together for the last time, with cameo calls from Anthony Monte and Neil Berliner.
